The rise of medical marijuana clinics are on the rise lately. Is there any wonder why? Well, I don’t think so, but obviously people are a bit bewildered by this, so I guess we have to take some time out of our smoking day to answer the questions that these people have. Below, I wnat to share with you the top five reasons medical and medicinal marijuana clinics are on the rise.
5 Reasons Medical Marijuana Clinics are on the Rise
1) Medical Marijuana is more acceptable – Reguardless of where you stand on this issue, I think we can agree that most people don’t want to see pain and suffering in others. I think we all for the most part are good people. Therefore, as more and more research comes out about the benefits of medical marijuana, people are becoming more and more acceptable to the fact that this has wide spreading medical uses, and thus there are more and more clinics that are opening by the day. I expect this trend to continue to grow.
2) Medical Marijuana is a great business – Yes, there are the occassional raids by the federal government that shut down medical marijuana clinics and shops because the state laws and the federal laws are not in accord on these issues, but nevertheless, this is a great business to be in. There is not much competition once you cross the mountain of paperwork and licenses, permits, and more you have to have in order to open up shop. But once you make it, you are in there and don’t even try to tell me that there isn’t a market for this stuff? Because we both know the truth, right? Marijuana has a market even if it is not legal and if it is legal, then look out. I would think that the shop better stock up cause there is going to be a mountain of business coming their way.
3) Medical Marijuana has a growing market - As more and more people get use to the idea and concept that marijuana has a medical benefit, they will begin to learn about the benefits it has for their life. In addition to these people, more and more doctors are waking up to these realizations as well, and therefore, will begin to proscribe more and more of this substance as well. This market is the growth the economic sector has been looking for.
4) Less Media Pressure - Medical marijuana clinics use to receive a mountain of pressure just for existing by the local politicians and the media, but now a lot of that has fell to the way side as it should. Back in the old days of the late 90s and the early 2000s, these clinic owners were sent through the ringer just for trying to help out the community. Not to mention the religious fanatics that were probably just getting out of a session of their own to protest the clinic in their neighborhood. The hypocrisy is outstanding.
5) Marijuana is trendy again – That’s right. Believe it or not, marijuana is back as a popular drug of choice for many, many people. I believe that this trend in the pop culture and even the professional culture is helping to easy the burden that has been put on medical marijuana clinics and is helping to drive the business towards the sky.
So, where does it end?
I don’t think it ends in the way that you might suspect, but with the full blown legalization of medical and recreational use of marijuana. Of coarse, this is where I hope it ends….as does up. Up with recreational and medical marijuana clinics and usage!!
