You want to know why you should hide the smell of marijuana. And that is a very good questions. Unfortunately, I understand why you would want to hide the smell of marijuana and all of the reasons have to do with other people’s perceptions and our feelings about those perceptions on marijuana.
Why Hide the Smell of Marijuana
If you want to be honest with yourself, then continue to read on. I am a marijuana smoker, but will lay out the reasons why someone might want to hide the smell of marijuana.
1) Family & Friends - Most people don’t mean to do it, but they look down on or don’t understand marijuana smoking. They have been so conditioned that they believe only bad people smoke marijuana. This is simply not true. It is just the product of an effect marketing campaign against marijuana.
2) It is Illegal – Perhaps this should have been number one on the list, but it is not. Marijuana laws still are in effect at least in the United states. Therefore, in an area where it is illegal, then you might not want to advertise the fact that you smoke marijuana. This is a retarded law, we all agree on that, but the fact of the matter is it is still illegal….for now.
3) You don’t like the smell of smoke - I know this sounds funny, but everyone doesn’t like the smell of smoke in their clothes or furniture. I am one of those people. Although you could usually catch me smoking some marijuana, I do it outside on my rear porch or in the garage. This keeps the smell out of my house so it is not in the future, nor my clothes. I just don’t like it.
These are my reasons that you might consider hiding the smell of marijuana. It is a beautiful smell, but sometimes might not be appropriate to flaunt the smell of marijuana.
